We are looking forward to having you enjoy our waterfront Luxury Villa.
To confirm the booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is to be paid within 3 working days, via bank transfer, or your reservation will be cancelled. The 70% balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival, or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation while retaining the full deposit amount. If booking within 6 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid before your time of reservation expire.
All payments are to be done in Euros.
We are also requiring a 1000 € refundable damage deposit, that can either be transferred to us up to 6 weeks before your arrival, or it can be paid in cash on site at arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of the villa, after your check-out, providing there are no damages.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable. In the event of national imposed travel restrictions (“everything other than essential travel“ to Croatia is prohibited), you have the right to cancel your booking up to 30 days before your stay free of charge. In case of such travel restrictions up to 29 days or less before your departure, you will get a voucher of the fully paid amount which you can use for the originally booked villa or one of the two other sister Animare Villas within 18 months.
